23.01.2022 Easter Supply Update - at this stage we still have a supply of freshly opened oysters available to purchase through our retail store located on the corner of Mark and Little Streets Forster. These oysters were harvested before the flood waters impacted our estuary and have been purified through our Depuration tank during the past few days so they are 100% safe to eat and are in good condition given the recent wet weather that we have experienced. However we only have a limite...d supply left and they will not last long. Once they are gone we are unable to say at this stage when we will have oysters available to purchase. Currently the whole of the east coast of Australia (including Tasmania) is closed for the harvest of oysters due to recent rainfall. We will do our best though to source fresh stock as soon as possible. Easter trading hours are therefore dependent upon stock. We will be open Thursday and closed Good Friday. We will be open again Easter Saturday trading through the weekend whilst stocks last (possibly only Saturday given current stock levels). You can call us on 65555015 to check if we are open prior to coming down. Wishing all of our valued customers a very Happy and safe Easter. See more

20.01.2022 Oyster Supply Update. We now have a limited stock of freshly opened oysters available to purchase direct from our retail outlet located at the Corner of Mark and Little Streets Forster. At present we have both grades of our opened oysters, Premium and Regular, as well as our Bottled oysters. These oysters have been shucked only this morning. The local Industry Shellfish Program completed our required water and oyster testing requirements resulting from last weeks rainfall yesterday, the results of which we will receive tomorrow afternoon. Pending good test results (which we expect to receive) we hope to have a fresh supply of our Award winning delicious local oysters available Thursday. Hope to see you then!

14.01.2022 Just a quick update for all of our valued customers in this challenging time. We do still have a limited supply of our award winning Wallis Lake Oysters available to purchase from our retail outlet in Little Street. These oysters were harvested before the floods that we are now experiencing and are just as delicious as always. However once they are all gone it will be some time before we are going to be able to recommence harvesting - most likely next season. So get in now and get some of our freshly opened Wallis Lake oysters. It could be some months before were are able to offer them to you again. Stay Safe everyone.

02.01.2022 Just to keep all of our valued customers up to date, due the recent heavy rainfall, Wallis Lake is closed for harvest at the moment as part of the Oyster Industry’s comprehensive quality and safety assurance program. As a result we will unfortunately not be open for sales this coming Sunday or Monday (27th and 28th). We regret any inconvenience this may cause but hope that you will appreciate that the quality and safety of the product that we supply is always our first priority. We will advise you as soon as we are back on line. Wishing everyone a very Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year.
