25.01.2022 Pergola construction going according to plan. Thank to Ian my neighbour for the heavy lifting.

22.01.2022 Recent roof job. Cleaned, primed and 2 coats of roof membrane. Big improvement on the old. Colour, Woodland Grey.

18.01.2022 Back at Sandy Creek continuing on with exterior. Done a side a year for the past 3. So that makes this the last side. Woohoo.

18.01.2022 Painted a 40ft container for client today. Prepared rust and primed last week, 2 coats satin acrylic today. Much nicer than original finish. Even did the roof, the neighbors up the road could see it.

18.01.2022 Recent works included a budget laundry Reno. Removed sink , installed new bench, sink, and shelving to fit washer and dryer under.

17.01.2022 Great time of year to freshen up your deck. Weather not hot, but warm enough to dry. This deck recoated with the "Rolls Royce" of finishes, Intergrain DWD. Cleaned deck yesterday and recoated today. Looks awesome.

16.01.2022 Getting over hernia surgery, finally. Slowly getting back into it over the next couple of weeks. Still tender, but not pushing it too hard.

15.01.2022 Cleaning a deck prior to recoating. You must have a clean deck, very important. Will use Intergrain Ultradeck natural finish. Application via airless spray. Will come up very noice.

15.01.2022 Doing some school holidays maintenance cat Tallangatta Primary School. This is the original building, but it's been quite some time since the windows have had some love. Sand, prime, renew a lot of glazing putty and two top coats of Rivergum exterior acrylic. Big job. 1 step at a time.

14.01.2022 Been a slow recovery from hernia surgery. Thought I would bounce back quicker than what I have. Must be something to do with my age. Doing a little work, but not to overstress the poor old body. Weather has been challenging lately with some pretty cold mornings. It is winter.... Enough to keep out of mischief though. Heading north in August for a month for a holiday, but have work lined up for when I return. I very much appreciate my clients patience over the last months with my recovery. See more

11.01.2022 Been out to Killara near Wodonga painting some more rural fencing. Finished in Woodland Grey. Noice.

11.01.2022 A few pics of interior, nearly done. Removal of log heater, some render to do. Another coat on tiles a kitchen cupboards to match new pantry and overheads. And yes, I'm working on a Saturday.

10.01.2022 Back to shade structure in Kiewa. Doing a path with raised bed to grown berries and grapes up structure. Also got to start the painting of weatherboards. In good condition, so not a lot of prep, prime and 2 top coats to finish off. Windows in similar condition, will finish to match existing colours. Great weather for this type of job.

08.01.2022 Interesting project at present. Client has a caravan which needs some tlc.

07.01.2022 Back from Easter camping. Tidying up a few jobs and getting back to unfinished ones. Things are pretty busy but to those waiting, I'll get there. Going to be a busy next few months.

05.01.2022 Working at an old homestead built in 1908. Internal painting of 2 rooms. Amazing place, really good workmanship for the day. Pressed metal ceilings. Cedar joinery. Annandale is its name. Seen some early pics it was a social hub.... Privaliged to work on it, more to do down the track. See more

05.01.2022 Can't say I don't get variety. Today's project, yes, again on a Saturday, cleaning the roof of a van in local caravan park. Under a huge Oak tree. Hasn't been cleaned since the last time. Major renovation being carried out. Completely being gutted and redone.... Nice view across Lake Hume though. See more

02.01.2022 Today's project. Local community hall needed some tlc. Stage area required a repaint. Very marked but no real damage which is good.

02.01.2022 Doing some remote work. Rural fence and gates. Prime then spray finish. Got the generator to run the airless and drum of water for cleanup. You wouldn't think I was 10km from Wodonga. New rural estate for Sale soon.

01.01.2022 Todays job. Repaint some ceilings prior to a new kitchen install. Took a little time to dry as it was cool and wet. Not much drying in the air. Prepped walls and filled patches where an old box type aircon was replaced with a split system.
