11.01.2022 Finally had a chance to get some pieces painted for sale. Selling this piece. 1950's Retro Kitchen Cupboard Undercoated, 2 coats chalk paints sealed with wax for protection. Broken Lead light glass replaced with chicken wire. Drawers have been decoupage with pretty floral napkin. Crystal door knobs and catches. Sides replaced with new ply, doors have been revamped with filler. Cupboard is painted inside as well. A little basket will complete the bread section. 06.01.2022 I have spent the last 4 weeks changing over the look of my dining room- just wanted to share with you, to show you how easy this is to do. I had a table and chairs out in the pergola ( 1st photo) and changed the colour of the chairs( I may still white wash the top as I’m not keen on the clear coat) Sold the Hutch and dining suite and replaced with the out door table and an old meat safe I had already upcycled. Small changes but what a completely different look. I also finally completed the sheet music cupboard and decoupage with some sheet music belonging to my Nana and father. ( very old yellowed paper) pretty happy with the results. Before and after dining room.

05.01.2022 Do you like my old industrial sewing machine - it's been mounted in a nice piece of timber I found in the shed. The base I picked up for a few bucks from a garage sale. The machine cost be $20 from a junk yard in NSW when I travelled to Vic last year. Make a nice addition to rest of my junk in the yard.
