25.01.2022 One of my bugbears for my business is that hospitals/midwives give misleading information on the weight of a baby. They use a converter that changes grams to pounds but not ounces. For example if a baby weighs 2856 grams the hospital converts this to 6.2 pounds. Because pounds are an imperial measurement, you can't have a decimal point in the result. People walk away thinking their baby weighs 6lb2oz when in actual fact they weigh 6lb4oz.... 2856 grams = 6.2lb - that means the baby weighs 6lb and .2 of a lb, as there are 16 ounces in a pound then .2 of a pound = 4 ounces There my friends is your math lesson of the day ...... check your figures or use my favourite converter site.. or ask me to convert it for you so that you have the correct details recorded. https://www.matthewb.id.au//grams-to-pounds-and-ounces-con

Sometimes I can get them done much sooner depending on how many orders I have or what else I have on. In my other job I am very busy at the moment trying to help Australian citizens so please don’t get mad if I can’t get your product done any faster than that. I try my best to get them out as fast as I can with most of my stitching done on the weekends.
