24.01.2022 This morning's weather was perfect for some gentle (ish) exercise pulling out weeds. The fountain was running sweetly, the wrens were busy, the soil was kind. I'm putting up a post on the various HG facebook pages asking for more help as if we don't attack the weeds now, it will only get harder.
24.01.2022 No photos, but a huge effort went into removing blackberries on Wednesday. Working bees not permitted during this lockdown, but there's nothing to stop us exercising by pulling a few weeds up if we keep a sensible distance from each other.
21.01.2022 Beautiful afternoon for a spot of weeding. And very good to see the number of locals who have been helping us out with the weeding. Plus Graham has done the mowing. Petyan flowers looking good.
16.01.2022 Beautiful wedding in the garden on Saturday. Ex local Lauren Pearce to Ashleigh from Sale. Ash's parents were there and Andrew, Narelle and Kelly joined in via Zoom. Only a couple of other guests allowed.
08.01.2022 A big thank you to the new folk weeding despite the rain. The garden looks so good at this time of the year.
