25.01.2022 Stepping up my eggs on toast game . Yesterday I went out to a cafe for breakfast and got inspired to start playing around with some different ingredients for breakfast! We all have those few dishes we eat on repeat but it is so beneficial to change it up and use new ingredients! . Increasing the variety of plant based foods in your diet helps to increase the diversity of your good gut bacteria!... . This plate includes 7 plant ingredients! . Today, I made beetroot hummus, roasted eggplant, sautéed spinach topped with a boiled egg, flaked salmon (left over from my dinner last night) and a sprinkle of dill YUMOO. . This does seem rather fancy and time consuming especially if you are pushed for time in the morning BUT it doesn’t have to be! Take half an hour one day to prep a batch of beetroot hummus, roasted eggplant and boiled eggs - chuck them in containers in the fridge and you are well on your way! See more

05.01.2022 Yesterday I was working at my part time waitressing job and one of my tables was a group of 4 ladies. I walked past to check on them and they were reading cards. The lady turned to me and pulled out a random card This one is yours.
