Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Assistant Venue Manager will lead by example, and be able to clearly demonstrate the values of our organisation, including outstanding customer service, positive respectful relationships with staff and customers, and a willingness to go above and beyond when required. The Assistant Venue Manager will support the Venue Manager in being r...esponsible for the daily operations within the venue, and if/when required, be available to assist our team at Prospect Oval (NAFC's match days). Requirements for this position include: Completed all relevant hospitality training courses. Gaming Approvals (RCG). RSA certificate. Gaming, Dining and Bar experience. Demonstrate cash and stock control skills and responsibilities. Demonstrate strong leadership qualities. Ability to work across a 7 day roster.
