20.01.2022 Round 3 Shannons Nationals Fight In The Night at QR started off not as expected, first lap of qualifying saw an issue with the turbo putting the Mazda MPS 3 out of qualifying. Grand Prix Motorsports great pit crew had the MPS ready for race one later that night. Starting from the back of the grid the race went to plan finishing 5th outright and 1st in class C. Race 2 was much the same with the MPS running faultless and consistent finishing 5th outright and 1st in class again. Great effort by Grand Prix Motorsport who now have a huge lead in the class C championship and are now in the top five outright. Next round Wakefield Park NSW.

19.01.2022 Another great result for For Grand Prix Motorsports Jake Camilleri finishing 2nd in class at 12 hours of Zandvoort after a late gear selection issue dropped them back from leading class and a top ten finish with only an hour and half to go. Now off to Spa!!

19.01.2022 Dubai 24 hour 2015 has come and gone. With a field of 96 cars Marc Cars Australia finished 33rd , 48th and 61st overall and 1st , 2nd and 5th in SP2 class. A great result considering it was the teams toughest outing so far with all three cars coping plenty of race damage. Jake and his team in the 93 Crimsafe focus had an race incident in the fifth hour and then inherited a on going shifter problem for the rest of the race finishing 5th in class and 61st overall.

17.01.2022 Round 4 of the Australian Manufacturers Championship at Wakefield Park is not going to plan for qualifying 1 with a ABS/brake issue. Grand Prix Motorsports Mazda MPS 3 will miss qualifying ahead of todays 200KM endurance race this afternoon.

16.01.2022 What a great start to the season. Jake qualified the car on pole position for class C and 6th outright. We have on board with us our new sponsor Envirotek too! Envirotek are suppliers of fuel and engine additives and we have been using them for over 10 years in our Grand Prix Mazda workshops and highly recommend them. 13.01.2022 Congratulations to Barton Mawer Motorsport and Greg Taylor in the Adina Apartment Hotels Audi R8 LMS, prepared by Melbourne Performance Centre, on winning the R...ace 2 and winning the first round of the Australian GT Trophy Series presented by Pirelli! Coming home second in Race 2 was Jake Camilleri in his MARC Cars Australia Mazda V8! With great performances in both races, Camilleri took the race and round win for the MARC Cars Class. Mathew Turnbull in his Fire Rating Solutions Lamborghini rounded out the top three, gaining some valuable championship points. Scott Hookey placed sixth and that was enough to take out the Challenge Class in his Exotic Track Days 458 Challenge. After a fantastic start to the Australian GT Trophy Series, all teams are looking forward to advancing their championship bids at Winton Motor Raceway on June 10th-12th!

12.01.2022 Hi everyone, just thought I'd give everyone an update on Grand Prix Motorsport and our upcoming events. Due to the current predicament we have faced in the greater Brisbane area this week, I've had to make the tough decision to withdraw our Grand Prix Mazda entry from this weekends Bathurst 6 hour race. Although I am so disappointed not to be able to compete in this great race, I believe that the safety of our team, fellow competitors and event staff must remain paramount.... We would like to wish all the competitors the best of luck for this weekends race and stay safe! - Jake Camilleri

09.01.2022 The Creventic International FIA 24H Series is completed for 2015. 12hrs BRNO was an exciting end to the season ... Racing all the way to the chequered flag. Car... 92 (Kaye, M Niall & B Niall) finishing 2nd in class & 11th overall and Car 91 (Camilleri, Leemhuis, Kassulke) 3rd in class & 13th overall.
