Firstly, getting your the soup base Dashi ready in boiling. You can either make you own, or pick up Dashi powder packs from our shop.... 2. Putting the ingredients(e.g. tofu, seafoods, mushrooms, seaweeds, veggies, etc.) into your Dashi and cook them for few mintines 3. And finally dissolve your favour miso paste into the soup.
