24.01.2022 Yes, Yes, Yes. They are finally ready. GROWLERS are here!!!! For when you've had enough at the pub but just want those extra couple of pots when you get home well now you can have them. A 1.9lt bottle filled with your favourite tap beer (draught or northern) to enjoy at your leisure. Then when you've finished rinse it out & return your bottle for a refill it that easy.

23.01.2022 It is with a heavy heart that I have to make this announcement. We have decided to close the doors of the Grand Central Hotel as of Sunday 2nd August or unless food or beer runs out before hand. It is not something we had wished to do but this climate has left us with no choice. May I firstly thank my family for all their support. They have been my rock for the last eighteen months. My staff who have been with me from the time I took over & all the current & past. Important...ly not forgetting you my loyal customers. Without you this wouldn't of been possible. So please come in & say goodbye but remember the true Central drinkers & diners will take precedence over others. BISTRO: WED - SUN LUNCH & DINNER 2 COURSE LUNCH MENU FOR $19.50 At this stage our bistro will be closed on Mondays & Tuesdays Looking forward to seeing you all back. 07.01.2022 Long winded post everyone. I apologise now We all want to have a drink, meal & catch up with our mates but the following rules have to be followed. You must sign in & sanitise upon entry. Those who refuse or argue the fact WILL be asked to leave You must enter & exit through the designated doors There is to be no sitting or standing at the bar. ... The 4sqm rule still applies. We will be conducting head counts.There are the correct number of seats in the venue once this is exceeded you will not be allowed in. The 1.5m social distancing rule still applies but you can have a table of 10 as a group If you have made a reservation for the bistro & for some reason you are unable to attend please give us a courtesy call & let us know you are unable to attend. UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT MAKE THE RULES & WE ARE ALL LIVING IN UNKNOWN TERRITORY SO PLEASE WHEN A STAFF MEMBER ASKS YOU TO DO SOMETHING IT IS FOR EVERYONES HEALTH & SAFETY.
