22.01.2022 We had 3 birthdays in a space of 4 days in April. These guys never get McDonalds as a treat. We usually bake them something for their birthdays. But this year was different. Anyway, loved seeing their reactions to their treats this year. Well, Angus (2) was clearly shocked , Bella (7) not impressed one bit , and Pugsley (10) rocked his party hat . 10.01.2022 With all the craziness of COVID lockdowns and the arrival of our baby, we haven't had a chance to formally introduce this black masked beauty, NANMAS MOLLY. She is co-owned by our good friends, the Rowe family and Tracey Lamb (breeder). Molly has joined our show team and will be handled by us in the ring. As you guys know, last week she attended her first show and did so well. We are so proud of Molly and look forward to watching her grow and develop over the next few years. Molly will be undergoing her health testing later this year (hip and elbow scoring, cardiovascular screening).

02.01.2022 We just dropped off some dog food and supplies to our local vets for their east gippsland bushfire donation drive. No donation is too small and everything goes directly to the people/animals affected. If anyone has unopened dog or cat food that they would like to donate this week, please send us a PM. 02.01.2022 Wow!! Just wow!! I quickly popped into K-mart this morning at 8:30am to return something. I had Angus in the back of the car. It was a cool morning - 13 degrees outside. I had only been in the store for a few minutes when I hear my car registration being called over the PA system. I go to the service desk, and was told that a woman complained about the "BIG DOG" in my car and if I didn't return to my car immediately she would call the police to have my dog removed. WTF!!! Doe...s this dog look distressed to you? The current panic mode in people is bringing out all kinds of stupid!!! Unbelievable

02.01.2022 Gosh, we have had a run of bad luck lately. Our sweet girl Lily had bloat Tuesday morning . She underwent surgery which went well. However, yesterday she wasn't recovering as nicely as we'd hoped. Follow-up xray and ultrasound suggested that something sinister was going on, and Lily needed to immediately undergo a second surgery. Our amazing vets were able to diagnose and address the problem during the follow-up surgery. About 3-hours after surgery, Lily was stable enough for... us to transfer her to Melbourne to access 24-hour post-op care (let's just say it was a loooong night with lots of coffee). She is currently in the Intensive Care Unit at the hospital and the next 24-48 hours are critical. We can't thank the staff at Moe Veterinary Centre enough. They have given Lily a fighting chance. Please keep Lily in your thoughts and prayers this Easter . See more
