23.01.2022 Our practice believes we have a responsibility to participate in the education of the next generation of doctors. A positive education experience in a general practice assists in producing doctors who are competent across a broad range of medical and emotional problems. Grand Health Medical Centre would like to welcome Jaewon Kim. ... Jaewon Kim is a 5th year Adelaide University student who will be observing with some of our doctors from Monday 18th of January 2021. We ask for your support and permission to have him present during your consultation. Please advice our friendly receptionists if you would prefer not to have Jaewon present.

11.01.2022 Children can get hotter more quickly than adults and are at greater risk of suffering from heat-related illness. It’s important to make sure your child knows wh...at to do if they feel unwell in the heat, especially if they are away from home. Make sure they know these tips so they stay #healthyintheheat: Stop playing if they get too hot. Move to a cool place/sit in the shade. Drink lots of water. Don’t be embarrassed or upset to tell someone if they don’t feel well. For more information, please visit www.sahealth.sa.gov.au/HealthyInTheHeat

07.01.2022 Common infectious diseases, like gastro, colds and flu can be spread by germs on our hands. We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again goodhandhygienei...soneofthebestwaystostopthespread! Reduce the risk of getting sick or passing infections on to others by: washing your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds; or using an alcohol-based hand sanitiser when soap and water is unavailable.
