19.01.2022 MONDAY NIGHT IS GROUP BOXING CLASS!!!! Just a reminder we have our regular Monday night boxing class on TONIGHT, commencing at 6:30pm. Catering for all ages and fitness levels. Cost is just $15 for a casual class and $120 for a 10 session pass.... (can be used at any of our other sessions throughout the week)... The location for the Monday night classes is the grassy area adjacent to the Bisinella Community Centre. To find out more details, ring me on 0402 012 716. STARTING this coming Thursday, a new early morning Boxing for Fitness class every Thursday morning at 6:45am - allowing you to get back home and tackle the working day with renewed zest and vigour!!! NOW, YOU REALLY HAVE NO EXCUSES!... 06.01.2022 ANNOUNCEMENT - Unfortunately due to the crazy weather that has just hit Lara, and thanks to current COVID restrictions we are unable to take training indoors so tonight's session is officially cancelled. A special 'make-up' session will be held tomorrow at 5:30pm - same place. Thursday's 5:30pm session will go ahead as originally planned. If you are interested in joining our group PT sessions - we can only have a limit of 10 - so, bookings/registrations are required beforehand. Strictly no turning up on the day! 01.01.2022 NEWS - WE ARE BACK IN TIME FOR SUMMER!!! THANKS to the latest round of restrictions, outdoor group training - which is what we are famous for! - is now able to accommodate up to 10 persons in a group! If you have let ‘yourself go’ over the winter lockdown, don’t worry... we got you covered!!!... Join our weekly outdoor sessions on Tuesdays (5:30pm), Thursdays (5:30pm) and Saturdays (8:00am). Each session lasts 45 mins and caters for lower and intermediate levels of fitness, all ages and genders welcome. PM for more details. Note: You need to register before session, you can’t just turn up on the day :-) If Group Training is not your thing, we also offer private 1-on-1 training. It might be more expensive but you will get more personal focus and flexible to work around your schedule....
