22.01.2022 Good morning everyone. The sun is out with blue skies. The birds are chirping and my little quails are already having dust baths in the sun. Good news - items in the shop are slowly appearing again. Thank you to the wonderful people that alerted me to the issue. It seems it has been an issue on a number of pages. 16.01.2022 I got thinking about my wedding dress the other day. It has been sitting in a box for 16 years and worn once. Most brides now don't purchase pre loved wedding dresses and donations are full at various charities such as infant stillborns. I began looking at these lovely items using the fabric from my wedding dress.

15.01.2022 Who remembers vintage scraps from the 60s,70s and 80s? I remember that mum would allow us to get a sheet every now and again to paste into our scrapbooks. Great memories. They are appearing in the shop as of tomorrow. They even have the original smell.

13.01.2022 Beautiful ivory coloured Grindley 33 piece dinner setting. 1936-1954 Creampetal. Includes 1 casserole dish creamer serving platter... 6 tea cups 6 saucers 6 cake plates 6 dinner plates 6 bowls All have gold gilt fade here and are in used condition. There aren't any chips or crazing or even rubbing from the flowers. This is an incredible find and given the popularity of Grindley porcelain and in lovely vintage condition, this will impress your guests. $180 Pick up 5085 or Postage available.

08.01.2022 A lovely brooch which doubles as a pendant featuring one of the well known romantic paintings by the 18th century French artist, Jean-Henore Fragonard. This one is commonly called 'courting couple in the garden'. The brooch is signed Fragonard in script on the bottom right. The oval faux porcelain piece is surrounded by a heavy and ornate gold toned filigree frame with little faux pearls. The mark on the back is c961. Measures 3 x 3.5cm $23
