22.01.2022 Hi to family, friends and the great people who follow my posts. I have had some great feedback this week which is greatly appreciated since my experience with Facebook is very limited. So I am going to cover some background info on Grandmas Homestyle Cooking. Im a grandmother who 7 years ago got a Diploma in Community Services, but due to familial commitments was unable to pursue a career. Since cooking is my other happy place in life. I have decided to combine my two passi...ons cooking and caring and started a business to cook meals for people facing challenges. Challenges come in all shapes and sizes, new baby, elderly parents, family member with a disability, work commitments to name a few. My desire is to cook my clients the meals that THEY want to eat. Take away and frozen supermarket meals have their place, but theres no freedom of choice to choose what you want to eat. I am a home based business which delivers meals for both convenience for clients and privacy for our family. I hold a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and follow all the guidelines of the Australia and New Zealand Food Standards Code as well as NSW Food Authority. My heart is full of gratitude to the people who allow us into their lives, to those who just take the time to tell us they like what we do and to those who seem baffled that theres no menu as such to pick meals from. The reason we have done this is because when change comes in our lives, and it can from all ages. We super appreciate the orders. To our clients both past and present it has been an honour to provide you with the meals you have asked for. We have learnt new recipes, shared new flavours and had trips down Memory Lane as clients have asked for dishes I havent cooked for quite some time....
