We need someone who will uncompromisingly show our awesome online and wholesale/distributor customers the TLC they deserve from pre- to post-purchase, through delivery and beyond. You should be as comfortable in the digital space as with picking up the phone in order to find creative solutions and meet the needs of our customers and growing business. You must be self-motivated and have an eye for the minutiae but ability to focus on how your actions contribute to the big picture and what we’re all about - quality sheep milk products that have responsible purpose, production and packaging. The role is permanent and starts at 6 days/46 hours a fortnight (shifting in response to needs of the orders) focussed around Mon-Wed and will build to full time.

Soft cheeses, washed rind and blue cheeses should be wrapped in waxy, grease-proof parchment paper. The wax paper allows the cheese to breathe; otherwise, it will start to sweat. Blue cheese can also be wrapped in alfoil which will stop excessive blue mould growth on the cut surface. Hard cheeses can be wrapped in plastic, but we prefer the waxed paper for these as well.
