15.01.2022 Grandview Horse Agistment is going to change its name to: EM Quality Quarter Horses. Agistment with registered breaker and trainer on site.... Agistment per week is $100 Included private paddock with shelter. Large sand arena with lights. Wash bay hot/cold. Tack room. Outdoor toilet. Arthur Trezize is an experienced breaker/trainer both in Western, English Equestrian and Show Jumping. Arthur has broken all my horses here at Grandview and I couldn’t recommend a better horse professional. Whether it’s a young one you want broken or a horse that needs to learn more. Arthur will give you the tips to become one with your horse. Also float training and regular clinic’s will be held. Arthur’s pricing will depend on what time is required on your horse. There is trail riding only fifteen minutes away with Gembrook adult riding facilities and group just a five minute drive away. Weaning foals from mares is still happening here. A good size yard with post and rail fencing, safely secures the youngster as he begins to settle. $500 a month with some handling done as well. The whole properties fencing is electric powered. There are private paddocks with/without shelters or larger communal if wanting to share with others.
