21.01.2022 As was predicted the RBA have just cut rates from 0.25% to 0.1%. What I have found interesting is the commentary from the heads of broker, real estate and aggregator groups is that they do not feel this rate cut will make much of a difference to the mortgage economy. What will make a difference is if these banks can get their 'shit' together and start approving loans, and in a timely manner. I have to say I agree with these sentiments.
