08.01.2022 Congratulations to one of our grass roots players. Georgina Sulley-Beales takes out the Super Netball Umpire of the year 2020. We are so pleased to see Georgina take out such a fabulous award and still taking strides in our amazing game. Georgina was part of a rebirth of junior players back in 2002 as one of our Under 8s alongside players like Gemma Rowe, Maeve Cashel & Sophie Clingly who are still playing strong for Grange! ... #CelebratingNetball #ProudAsPunch #UmpiresRock Who knows where Grange can take you. Where ever it is. We are proud of you!

04.01.2022 Covid Update - 16/11/2021 Dear Grange Families, By now you would have seen recent news about a COVID-19 outbreak in South Australia.... In case you missed it, reports emerged overnight about three community transmitted COVID-19 cases being confirmed in Adelaide’s northern suburbs. As a netball community, we’ve been netballers get back out on court in 2020 and we know how hard our associations and clubs have worked to get their seasons away, so we hope our community can remain vigilant and stay safe during this time. Don’t forget to practice good hygiene, maintain social distancing and monitor any symptoms that could be linked to COVID-19. If you are unwell or develop symptoms (even if mild), get tested immediately and go straight home to self-isolate. Testing sites can be located here. If you feel unwell: Do not go to public places (e.g. work, school, netball training or games, childcare, university, shopping centres, public parks, social or religious gatherings). Do not visit hospitals or aged care facilities. COVID Marshals will be stricter on enforcing distancing, etc at the SAUCNA courts It is a reminder that we can only have one spectator per player. Thanks for your understanding. Let’s keep safe. Kind regards, Grange Netball Committee.
03.01.2022 We wish our beautiful friends Mark & Carol as they get ready for some new Queensland adventures. If you can pop down to this Sunday’s Church service you can say your well wishes. 02.01.2022 At our Annual General Meeting held a month ago, we elected our 2021 Grange Uniting Netball Club Committee. It takes great team work to run a club, and GUNC is in great hands with an AMAZING committee. Our committee is made up of many fantastic volunteers who donate a lot of time and expertise to our club, so our kids can play netball all year round. From managing our club finances, organising trials, teams, coaches and equipment, court schedules, umpire rosters, fundraising,... social media announcements, answering all our important netball queries, etc, etc. Thank you to our committee for your ongoing dedication and commitment to supporting GUNC! For those interested, view the video ( no sound) below to see a list of our committee members and the roles they will be undertaking for 2021.
