07.01.2022 Made by distilling Rosemary and rose geranium together. I tried two different strengths 25% and 34%. Both hydrosols are good for your skin. I emerged from the bath with skin all over like a babies bottom!! #skincare#hydrosols#rosemary #rose geranium #bathandbeauty

05.01.2022 I became interested in distilling when a friend told me she had a friend with a small copper still that she was trying to pass on! In the beginning, I found it hard to find information about distilling and even harder to find people to talk to so now with four years experience I would like to share what I have learnt so that others may embark on their own journey. So this year we are going to run some workshops that cover the whole process in a 'learning by doing' environment. Numbers are limited to 3 per workshop. The date for the first workshop is set 31st October and anyone interested who may not yet be able to travel is welcome to register their interest for future dates to be determined. 02.01.2022 Preparing for 3 more distilling workshops, 16, 23 and 30th January. Come to gorgeous South Gippsland where there is plenty to do and see and no crowds! A day walk on Wilson Promontory, fresh fish to die for from Port Franklin, Handmade goods of all sorts in Fish Creek. A tasting platter at Guerneys Cider where there is a fabulous views to the prom and corner inlet, not to mention the experience of immersing yourself in rosemary and discovering ho to release the aromatics of the herbal world.
