The Federal Government has adjusted its requirement for construction to commence within three months of the contract signed. Whilst still in place, the Government may exercise discretion where commencement is delayed due to unforeseen factors outside the control of the parties to the contract. For example: council approvals, finance approvals, etc.... What does it mean for you?
