22.01.2022 Greetings all & trust you’ve had an amazing weekend especially since the weather was extra fantastic as well. I certainly had an amazing & full action happenings weekend at the O’Hearts Music & Wellness Festival taking place in the beautiful setting of Tyalgum. I was set up doing my various Aka Woodzie Therapies. I was kept happily busy however also made many great connections combined with lots of fun & laughter. Was feeling somewhat jaded though so needed some self TLC toda...y so as to recover & Re energise. However now ready again to share & flow like a beautiful river again & move like animals in nature with grace balance harmony & total presence. Cheers See more

21.01.2022 Thanks kindly for the response back relating to the sad loss of a special friend who was going through a huge solo journey to over come her health challenges - a few which she kept very private however maintained a strong positive mental spiritual & Emotional attitude throughout. The attitude we have in relation to our mind body spirit & emotional connection is extremely important as we forever strive for balance in our lives which we know is & can be a massive challenge. 20.01.2022 My 2nd pirate look following my 2nd eye surgery on Monday. Recovering well & patch removed so no longer need that elusive parrot. The right eye has 20/20 vision now & the left eye will also within a couple of weeks. You will all need to focus more now as I will view more. 20.01.2022 How true is this statement. It has happened to us all so we can easily break the pattern with our actions & walking the talk. Most know it & say it however far less follow through with the ACTIONS.

18.01.2022 Greetings all. No doubt you are managing & dealing with the present Covid19 happenings in the best possible way. It certainly has altered the dynamics of many of our life style activities & will even when restrictions are gradually reduced. Anyway I am most grateful that my flow of Action happenings with what I passionately do has actually increased in tempo as more appreciate the value of what I enjoy sharing to be of worthwhile benefit. 06.01.2022 The Aka Woodzie set up at the Seniors Tennis tournament Championships hosted at the Miami Tennis centre. Into day 2 of the 4 day tournament. 01.01.2022 Greetings all & especially those who were the regular loyal attendees of the Kingscliff group who experience the Aka Woodzie Bodyflow sessions. I know I haven't posted on this particular site for a while. However with sadness & shock I am sharing the tragic passing of Kerry Wilson from Mt Warning on the evening of 27th April 2020 following a huge health challenge over the past nearly 18 months. Some of you would remember Kerry attending a few of the Bodyflow session. I have many fond & special memories of Kerry since knowing her. Warm regards & wishing everyone well in the best possible way.
