25.01.2022 Just thought we would share this to show you all the Kingston playing fields and the transformation that has taken place over the holiday break :) The pictures say a thousand words:) Thanks so much to Ian and your team for your hard work. Looking better than Optus Stadium !!! we cannot wait to kick off again with such an amazing facility and playing field :)

23.01.2022 DALYELLUP GRASSHOPPERS we look forward to seeing you this Saturday to say goodbye to coaches Mark, Trevor and Tracey you have been a huge part of our family and we will miss you :( Just a heads up our Mite and Pint will run from 8.30am to 9.15am then a presentation will take place followed by our big Grasshoppers we will run from 9.45am to 10.30am with a presentation after that :) We really hope to see you all there :)

23.01.2022 TERM 4 2019 KICKING OFF FROM 26TH/27TH OF OCTOBER. We are running classes for our 3-5 year old groups from 8.30 am at both Dalyellup and Kingston Primary Schools with our older Grasshoppers starting at 9.30 am. Our 3-5 year old group running at 9.00 am on a Sunday at Kingston Primary School. 19.01.2022 Hi Every-one, this memory came up on my page today, just thought I'd share with you so you can see why Coach Brooksy David W Brook started Grasshopper Soccer in Bunbury. It has grown so much in the last four years and his passion to see kids be the best they can be and have fun while doing it is a testament to his hard work and passion. We look forward to seeing you at Grasshopper Soccer this coming term as Coach Brooksy and Coach Mark are changing kids lives one kick at a time.

17.01.2022 Hi All Parents and Grasshoppers. We hope you are all keeping well. We just wanted to update you all whats happening for Grasshopper Bunbury. We are holding off for the time being announcing a start date for Term 2 as we need more information from the relevant authorities on when we can resume. There a some EXTREMELY POSITIVE signs out there over the last week regarding schools resuming next week in WA and cases dropping nationwide with NO new cases in the Southwest :) for an ...extended time now. We are very LUCKY to live in this part of the world. They may even open up the Southwest Region so we can play again :) Stay tuned. Remember Grasshoppers !!! 10.01.2022 It is so great to see the developments of our little Grasshoppers since starting with us at the beginning of the term! Some things which haven't gone by unnoticed by our coaches are; improved confidence improved motor skills... improved physical fitness improved skills improved team work and new friends made! 07.01.2022 This has just been another fantastic week of soccer! It is so rewarding seeing children's (and parents) persistence and determination wanting so much & trying hard to improve each week. It is not going by unnoticed!... We see such great improvements each week, no matter how big or small it's fantastic to see children being active, improving their skills, developing their confidence and participating. 06.01.2022 Dear Parents and Grasshoppers we are receiving a lot of messages asking are we still running? We understand this question and feel the same concerns as the health and safety of our Grasshoppers and families will always be our priority !!!! YES we are still running for now. We are monitoring this situation closely and are following directives from Federal and State Governments from the advice they are receiving from Medical Experts. Our groups sit under the maximum limits for ...gatherings outdoors and indoors. The schools and day cares are still open for now. We ask if anybody is not feeling well, showing signs of cold or flu please DO NOT attend and of course anybody who has been overseas adhere to strict isolation rule implemented by the Federal Government. Also there is to be NO high fives or handshakes at Soccer. This is a fluid situation and may change at any moment if so we will contact you all and advise. This term is nearly finished and we will probably delay our start for TERM 2 depending on what transpires in the immediate future. We feel your concerns and understand them please all stay safe and hopefully we can provide some type of solace in this whole situation by having a small piece of normality at your Grasshopper class. 05.01.2022 Hi Grasshoppers we will have to postpone AGAIN at TREENDALE :( This is sooo frustrating and upsetting we just cannot afford to get even a cold at the moment with whats going on in the world. We normally start this week normally but thought we would get ahead of ourselves and start last week as so many of us want t run again we will get the term in as we took this potential weather into consideration. Again so sorry but the health and well being of our Grasshoppers is our NUMBER ONE PRIORITY ALWAYS !!

03.01.2022 YES WE ARE BACK :) We will kick off TERM 3 STARTING 25TH/26TH JULY (First weekend after school holidays) with our after schools rolling out in the following week. There is an enormous amount of work to set up each term and we are a little to far into this term to run our programs effectively. We have missed you all very much and we cannot wait to get started again. There has been a MASSIVE interest already which is understandable and EXCITING all dates and times remain the same. 03.01.2022 Feel that your kids have been cooped up for way too long? Check out the Grasshopper Soccer programs to get your children active again, playing outdoors, learning new skills and having fun! Remember..... Physical activity can start very early in life as part of everyday play. When you’re choosing activities for young children, focus on fun and play. Children aged 1-5 years need physical activity for at least three hours each day, including some energetic play. We look forward to seeing all our little Grasshoppers very soon! 02.01.2022 There is nothing better than knowing kids are having fun, being active, learning new skills, developing their confidence and getting better each week by participating in our programs. Well done everyone!

02.01.2022 Dear PARENTS and GRASSHOPPERS it is with ENORMOUS regret that all programs have been SUSPENDED until we advise further. We will be monitoring this situation closely and will communicate as soon as it is determined that it be safe to have our programs running again in the Bunbury Community. The health and safety of all involved is our PRIORITY. We have thus far continued to run due to the nature of how we run (outdoors well within guidelines advised from Govt both State and Fe...deral ) and also as all have seen who have attended we have placed strict controls ( no high fives, shaking hands, and those who attended on the weekend stamps not on hands ) and others which we have not highlighted so as not to scare our Grasshoppers. We want to say THANK YOU for your SUPPORT and trust all will understand this regrettable decision. Coaches Brooksy and Mark and Trevor want you all to stay safe and we are extremely saddened by this though it has to happen now our HEALTH IS NUMBER 1 and always will be !!! Lets all hunker down and remember Grasshoppers keep practising in the backyard, keep brushing your teeth, keep your rooms tidy, go to bed for sleep, keep eating your fruit n veges, and keep washing your hands. As a team we will all beat this and be playing soccer again hopefully in the near future. We are going to miss you all :( See more
