19.01.2022 Hello, Grasshoppers! BUSINESS AS USUAL Just want to let you all know our program will be running this weekend and for the final session of Term 1 the week after on the weekend of March 28/29.... Our Sunday sessions at McLaren Vale will be moving to Seaford Rise Primary School for the remainder of Term 1. We have been actively staying well informed of the current health crisis by referring to the Department of Health and Human Services website and other appropriate information sources. During the remaining sessions for this term we will be encouraging all Grasshoppers, big or small, and those who attended our sessions to implement social distancing (yes, we knownot very Grasshopperish!) However, as hard as this may be to do we encourage you to wash you hands frequently, only drink from your own drink bottle, and have no physical contact between Grasshoppers or those who attend. Hand sanitiser will be available at our main table, we encourage everyone to use this when arriving and departing. We appreciate our Grasshopper Soccer community is one of respect and genuine care for one another, so we won’t harp on about what to do if you believe you have come into contact with a person deemed to be at-risk or has travelled to a high-risk location. We have, however, included this in a more detailed email which is on it's way to current parents. If you have any questions or concerns, we are happy to hear them on 0433 422 347. You are an important member of Grasshopper Soccer so we will keep you up-to-date

19.01.2022 We're excited to be back from this weekend! To assist us to follow current guidelines, please check-in when you arrive. QR codes will be shown at our gates and Admin zones. See you on the weekend!

18.01.2022 >>>SOCCER UPDATE <<< From all of us at Grasshopper Soccer, we hope you are staying safe and are enjoying some close family time! As we move through the COVID-19 period, we are hoping to get some sessions happening sometime in Term 2. If we are able to get up and running again spaces will more than likely be limited.... Clearly if this was to happen, this will be a shortened program at an adjusted price based on program length. Term 3 will hopefully run as per normal given that this will be commencing in late July/early August. If you would like to register your interest in Term 2, please advise by emailing [email protected] or calling 0433 422 347 and your child/children will be put on the priority list and be the first contacted should this eventuate. From current information available, it looks like activities such as ours may be some of the first ones included when some social restrictions are eased/lifted. To ensure coaching requirements are met, it would be great to hear from people ASAP. This is just to gauge interest and no fees will need to be paid until we know when we can operate again. Fees for anyone already enrolled for Term 2 will be adjusted when the term commences. Stay safe and hopefully see you out there as soon as possible.

18.01.2022 We're sad to announce that classes will not be running for the next two weeks. The set up for the remainder of the term will be announced in due course. We thank you for your understanding - we'll be in touch with more information as soon as possible. ... See more

18.01.2022 Hi Grasshoppers at Reynella, Seaford, McLaren Vale and Brighton... While it's great that we've had some restrictions lifted this week, it's not enough to allow us to run our Grasshopper Soccer program the way we'd like. We'd rather wait it out a few more weeks, instead of changing almost all of our program to fit into current guidelines. ... At this stage, it looks like the "Stage 2" guidelines might allow us to run our program close to normal. If there's time to fit in part of a term (and we get clearance from schools to use ovals again) then we hope to be back in June. We'll let you know! Some of our other operators may have modified classes running - check their page for more info. Thanks for your patience. We can't wait to see you out there!

17.01.2022 Our McLaren Vale sessions (being held at Seaford Rise) have been cancelled for tomorrow. If you're enrolled there, we've sent an email and SMS with more information.

Don't attend if you should be self-isolating or self-quarantining (If you can't attend, we'll arrange a makeup session) Have a great day Grasshoppers!
