(Thats also PJ in our black + white cover photo - looking every bit the cowboy at our farm in northern NSW!) ** IAN - has recently joined the team as head butcher, and looks forward to using his 40+ years of industry experience to serve our locals! ** SIMON - is the deli master, and responsible for developing the recipe for our Lemon, pepper crumbed schnitzels (which are already gaining a cult following in Lane Cove).
