Holly here, I am the director from Grassroots early learning centre at 1 Howard Hughes court at Maudsland We are open and taking enrolments for vacation care as of Monday 30th of March from 6.30am till 6.30pm. ... We have an action packed program of activities planned for all children attending which includes take home crafts for Easter, Steiner inspired crafts and so much more!!!!! The cost of the program is the cheapest around but also inclusive of all meals and snacks. Our farm is a work in progress and we will be encouraging all vacation care aged children to get their hands dirty and be involved in our farm program ... Come on down to say hi anytime, our long serving educators will be more then happy to greet you. Please support our family run business, we have been trying so hard to keep our doors open for you all during this challenging time. Our beautiful owners and educators have been working tirelessly by sterilising and cleaning each day and each weekend to make our centre as safe and clean as it can be for our communities most precious, our children. 19.01.2022 As you are aware, we have lots of little chickens in the centre. Supplied by Henny Penny, it is a learning resource for our children to understand a cycle of life We are lucky enough to be able to keep some of our little friends and just need to spot the females, mmmm not that easy Our children are so excited every morning, too see how many chickens have hatched.. mmmm and some staff too We will keep you posted on the little ones and their progress

18.01.2022 YAYYY.. Our long awaited baby goats have arrived. Billy & Dusty only 9 weeks old and still having a bottle, once per day. Peppa Pig is so excited with her new friends. The kids just love being on the farm and now right into learning how to care for farm animals We have one big HAPPY family

18.01.2022 Well another busy weekend at the centre. We added shade sails to our sandpits and cleaned all the floors throughout the centre. My son, Ryan, had an awesome time on the excavator.

Shes a bit confused as too what the little fluffy feathered things are. 14.01.2022 Exciting work being done on the farm atm... Peppa pig now is in a pen to play in during the day but still comes home with me and sleeps in front of the fireplace at night. Baby goats only 2 weeks away, new chicken shed finished and new fencing up..

07.01.2022 We want to give a big thank you to all our wonderful staff who stayed with us while we transitioned from the previous management. Under the new management we are transitioning to a Steiner Inspired Approach to learning. Over the last two weeks we have worked tirelessly on the centre to give children an amazing experience.
