21.01.2022 Here is my speech from today. I spoke with conviction and from the heart. I give God all the glory. Even though they passed the mandate. If God is for us who could ever stand against us?

09.01.2022 An easy way to support your immune system.
09.01.2022 Urgent video on Vitamin A and viruses. I discuss what vitamin A is, why its so important to us during a viral pandemic yet most of us are deficient in it beca...use of our move away from traditional foods and how to remedy this problem. Yes the virus threat is real, yes we will all be exposed, yes social isolation is important and yes there are time tested, scientifically validated practices we can use to dramatically reduce our risk of becoming ill. If you think the video is valuable, please like it and subscribe. This tells You Tube that it should consider broadening the distribution of the video. If no one likes it, You Tube thinks its not important and buries it. PS you also get to meet George, head dragon and security guard at Harvest Newrybar. Wednesday will be an urgent update on iodine and viruses plus an interview with Jeff the French chef at Harvest who makes all the delicious sourdough breads, including the extraordinary charcoal sourdough.
07.01.2022 For those looking for more evidence for the use of many nutritional and herbal interventions, here is a review focusing on treating the symptoms and pathology o...f RNA viruses: https://www.sciencedirect.com//arti/pii/S0033062020300372 I have pulled out the table from the article discussing recommended dosages for nutrients and herbs to help guide you. The paper also made mention of this old research from way back in 1997 on NAC and reducing symptoms of influenza: https://erj.ersjournals.com//erj.e/content/10/7/1535.short There are some nice reminders in there and I feel there are so many options available to us. Its sometimes easy to forget the most obvious tools in the tool kit. Michael O

05.01.2022 Truly beautiful
05.01.2022 8 ways I support my immune system: 1. Wash my hands as needed (for 20 seconds) with warm water & a good quality natural soap and dry them. 2. Supplement with Vitamin C, zinc, echinacea, a probiotic, colloidal silver and magnesium (for my nervous system).... 3. Eat whole foods, with lots of greens, herbs and spices. Supporting your Gut is so important, with approximately 70% of the immune cells residing there. 4. Oil pull each morning to support my oral microbiome, separate from the Gut microbiome, but equally important. 5. Breathe through my nose where possible as this has its own filter. Use a neti pot to clean my nasal passages (one of our important filters). 6. Be outdoors when possible, to receive valuable Vitamin D from the sun, plus to connect to nature to support being grounded (staying in my body, not my head). 7. Drink lots of warm, filtered water to flush out my organs and stay hydrated. Warm water helps kill viruses and also flushes toxins through to the Gut, where the stomach acid can help to destroy them. 8. Practice gratitude as often as possible and also while doing Legs up the Wall, a yoga pose that helps bring the body back into rest & digest (Parasympathetic Nervous System dominance). Ideally open out through your heart centre, place your left hand on your heart & your right hand on your tummy and breathe. Take time to reconnect to self and be still. https://www.yogaoutlet.com//how-to-do-legs-up-the-wall-in-.
