Performing your first lyrical solo, you showed strength, courage and radiated confidence... placing second (the highest place in the section as no first place was given) is just the icing on top- you’ve grown so much throughout this process and we are so proud of you

22.01.2022 Charlotte, Elise, Micaela and Layla- 4 of our beautiful lyrical soloists from today’s @sa_stage competitions novice section... as a teacher I pride myself on how my students champion each other, how they show up with their peers and the amount of love and courage they pour into those around them... and today watching them from across the stage eagerly supporting one another from the wings, filled my heart with so much joy- these girls are courteous, generous, spirited, kind, ...loving, courageous and embody all that it means to be a student of ours.... some of our senior team even came to pour love into them and see them perform- what beautiful students we have. Each of these girls danced with so much passion and confidence and have grown so much through the process of doing their first ever solo! Wow! A really beautiful moment in time. You go girls! Thank you to all the parents for your work making sure your dancer got to their locations- some of you had a big weekend of driving around Adelaide, and we thank you so much!! Cannot wait to show you how exceptionally beautiful this project is/has been!
