12.01.2022 Our bodies put up with alot, especially when we're tired. We flip into our default setting. Head sits forward. Popping the hip to the side. Lordosis. When your tired, all the good posture intentions fall to the side. So how can we make it permanant? Paying attention to small things. How you sit on your office chair. Have a look at your shoulders. If there up by your ears, gently guide them down. Ribs sitting forward, over arching the spine, popping a keg! Military stance. Inhale & as you exhale feel the the front of body relax. Draw your center in & feel that arch decrease. Standing shouldn't feel like an effort, having good Posture can take the pressure off.
