11.01.2022 Before After. These tall cypress trees were casting a shadow over half of the tennis court behind them which meant they’d stay wet until the afternoon. We took them down to about two metres to let the morning sun in. They’ll do well as a managed hedge into the future @ Ballarat, Victoria

11.01.2022 Up In a little tow behind work platform today. Nice break from the rope and harness!

09.01.2022 Had a crack at transplanting these two small citrus trees from a clients recently sold house to their new place. We broke three shovels in the process but I’ll call it a success. Fingers crossed they survive and thrive into the future @ Ballarat, Victoria

07.01.2022 Taking the rope runner out for a climb today. Thanks @nathfawdry for the lend this things nice!

03.01.2022 Yale 4 tonne brace going in. For those that don’t know, installing soft bracing in trees provides some insurance and peace of mind if you own trees near assets or over high traffic areas where branch failure could be disastrous. The brace is permanently installed to catch and hold up broken sections of the tree which can be dealt with safely after the event. We build with some slack in the system to allow for natural canopy movement and growth The hollow braided rope is extremely strong and weather resistant. A great solution if you are concerned about the hazard your trees present but want to avoid removal.

02.01.2022 New signage on the chipper truck. Give us a wave if you see us around town! Thanks Josh @the_sign_mill for your excellent work and service
