21.01.2022 The revitalisation of 65 Pirrama Road in Pyrmont breathes new life into the building overlooking Darling Harbour, re-establishing it as one of the precinct’s most desirable commercial destinations. The future of 65 Pirrama Road will proudly continue the building’s legacy as one of Mirvac’s greenest assets. However, this is more than just a sustainable building. The refurbishment of this commercial asset is set to elevate the address through human-focused design solutions that create an emotional connection between the building users and physical space. This is the key to the succession of the building.

15.01.2022 Happy new year! How about a few drinks to celebrate? We worked with the talented Sandy Grice on the new @theprincebris. Each bar within the venue was designed to embody a unique character... a fantastic state heritage listed site with the building dating back to 1888.

08.01.2022 An interesting and rather charming lens was placed on Botanicca in the latest issue of @indesignlive . "The idea of hospitality design is generally realised in the realm of the service industry; cafes, restaurants, bars and hotels are, of course, the mainstays of the sector. But think for a moment about hospitality design as hospitable design; the places and spaces that offer generous amenity, public access, flexible usage, connection to nature and respect for place. It may be extrapolating the idea to claim that a large commercial building within a Business Park can be hospitable but think again. Botanicca 3, located in Burnley and just seven kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD, is Gray Puksand’s latest commission and is every centimetre a hospitable project, built for people to inhabit with ease."

07.01.2022 Perfectly put by the Victorian School Building Authority, things are really taking shape at the Greater Shepparton Secondary School! We're proud to be involved in this exciting project, delivered through the Shepparton Education Plan; an infrastructure project that will allow the school to offer all students broader choices, new opportunities, and better support. #graypuksand #inspiredfuture #hansenyunken #vsba #shepparton #educationdesign #architecture #architecturelovers

07.01.2022 Our latest workspace design for 130 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, exudes a sense of calm and functions as a yin to the yang of the high-intensity business. The design embodies principles of biophilic design throughout, incorporating natural materials, neutral colours, and patterns reminiscent of nature. Key to the overall design is the Green House, an informal meeting space that allows employees to gather in small to medium groups, defined by a striking ceiling feature that rec...alls rippling water. This is adjacent to the Wintergarden, which boasts a double-height space and abundant plantings. By connecting the working environment directly with nature we are able to increase the feelings of calm and positivity whilst reducing stress. The benefits of connecting with nature stretch beyond emotional benefits to also influence and improve physical well-being. Congratulations to the team involved in bringing this unique project to life, Lendlease and Fontic. 07.01.2022 A perfect time to reflect on some workspace design as we begin to get excited for the return to the office. The new David Jones and Country Road headquarters is enduring, elegant and simple enough but made more beautiful by the seasonal retail activity, colour and movement applied across the top of the space and the light filled atrium. @davidjonesstore @countryroad ... @peterbbennetts @tandembuilding See more

05.01.2022 Sharing some exciting news from Cedar Woods: "We're delighted to reach another significant milestone in the Williams Landing Town Centre, with the completion of our fourth standalone office building, catering for small to medium-sized businesses looking for space and value. This new building will see 74 occupiers join over 100 businesses who call Williams Landing home. With more businesses investing in suburban office markets, Williams Landing is an appealing destination."

05.01.2022 We’ve come to our final week of our Future of Workspace series, and we’ve arrived at a crucial element in the office of tomorrow: creativity. The pandemic has shown that businesses can be nimble, that decision making can be streamlined and that testing something new and learning from the process is more important than if the idea is successful. Workspaces today mist support our need to creativity and effectively innovate! ... Stay tuned for our consolidated report to come!
