03.01.2022 BREAKING NEWS!!!!! We have an OSTEOPATH joining our team......Dr Cameron Green. Dr Cameron will be available from Monday the 29th March... Dr. Cameron Green (Osteopath) M. Ost.Med B.Clin.Sc (Ost) B.Clin.Sc (Human Movement and Function) Bs.Ex.Sc I became an Osteopath after manual therapy turned around 15 years of chronic lower back pain. I started studying at Bond University in 2007, completing an exercise science degree and half of a doctorate of physiotherapy. I then enrolled at Southern Cross University and completed a dual major undergrad and masters in Osteopathy. I was an academic tutor in the school of Osteopathy at Southern Cross University in 2020. I have an interest in all aspects of muscular skeletal health and somatic dysfunction. I have worked in the fields of sleep apnea, stroke and cardiac rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, and general muscular skeletal complaints. My approach is on a patient by patient basis, with both direct and indirect osteopathic interventions, articulation, manipulation, myofascial, cranial, electrotherapy and dry needling modalities. I moved to Mackay in 1975, and went to school at North Mackay High. I moved to the Gold Coast in 2007-2020, studying and working in manual therapy. I served in the defense force in marine engineering, and I have also worked in construction and maintenance in the Bowen basin. I have twin daughters, and when I have spare time I love camping, fishing, crabbing, exploring rivers, islands and the reef.
