07.01.2022 Nationals might have been cancelled but still getting some shooting in this weekend thanks to the hard-working volunteers from Pistol Shooting QLD and Brisbane International Pistol Club.

06.01.2022 Finished up three days at the PA PSQ Grand Prix event yesterday (a quick substitute event after the Nationals was cancelled) arranged by the amazing PSQ President Michele Sandstrom, Secretary Sharyn Peterson and their hardworking team of volunteers. No stand out scores for the team but plenty of time for training on the range. John 5th qualifier and 7th in finals in Air Pistol and Oliver 3rd in junior men's are probably the highlights. Special thanks to event sponsor Potter Firearms for donated prizes and being on hand with lots of equipment and advice. Debate still ongoing about acquiring a Sport Quantum target system for the team. 04.01.2022 We're pretty sure John started in 30th place and finished in 30th place. Good to be consistent I guess! Shows the international nature of ISSF pistol shooting with more than 25 countries represented. Also hope for John to still improve with more than half those above him also older than him. Including the man himself, Ragnar Skanaker, outshooting John by five places at 86!
