After a lot of taste testing and research, I took an attempt at breaking down pairings in a simple sensory guide. First, pick your cheese. Next, add something from the first list (sweet, sour, salty or savory). Lastly, add two items from the second list (crunchy, smooth, fruity, juicy). This should give you a fun and interesting bite! Some ...Examples: Manchego + Prosciutto (savory) + Marcona Almonds (crunchy) + Fig Jam (fruity) Chevre + Honey (sweet) + Crackers (crunchy) + Strawberries (juicy) This is a basic guide to help you experiment with the flavors and textures on your cheese board.
