09.01.2022 The BLOCK: did you know Graziani consulted on and planned to build a POOL together with Franklin Landscape Design for House 4 (legends Elise and Matt) on this years Block. We were sooo close but all was shelved due to budget. Emotions for Block contestants have run high this season over the inclusion of pools and spas as every team knows that by having one its a strong competitive advantage and the likelihood of a WIN is high. Pools sell houses! Pools add luxury! Pools MAKE... your entertaining space! Moral of this story - pools ROCK and just quietly we feel stoked that Graziani Pools was asked to build a pool on the Block - its testament to the quality of our work and reputation. We imagine that you are feeling concerned and overwhelmed about the situation globally and what is ahead of us in Western Australia, as we at Graziani are too. It is important that we approach the situation with adequate precaution and at same time give our business the best possible opportunity to come out the other side. Let us tell you where we are at, to give you comfort around enga...ging with us at this time. Working in pool construction we are VERY lucky. We are a small team, every person who works on our pools, works on ALL of our pools. We have educated our team about this situation and we are monitoring it closely. First up QUOTING. Rest assured, we can still quote your pools during this time, but we will be limiting site inspections during quoting and instead will get as much information from you over the phone - through photos, plans and walk through video calling such as Apple Facetime, Facebook Messenger, Whats App, Viber or similar. Once youre ready to go ahead we will come on site but until then - we promise to keep our distance. Secondly, CONSTRUCTION. The beauty of pool construction is that it takes place outdoors in the sunshine and fresh air, with never more than a few trades on site. We have little need to be in contact with our clients at all. We trust our team entirely to stay home if they dont feel well and ask that you let us know the same if you have any suspicions of illness. A few weeks delay on your pool isnt going to cause much worry - and once you get the all clear well be straight back on site to finish your pool It is at the core of our business belief that a pool adds value and enjoyment to your life and we feel very fortunate to be able to help make your time spent at home that little bit more enjoyable. And - we hope that if you are considering a pool project - you dont scrap the idea just yet. We are still here to chat any time.
