25.01.2022 Hi everyone! Yesterday we catered for 70 people in Dalby for AgForce SEQ. They had an all day forum and so we fed the lovely attendees lunch, afternoon tea, pre-dinner nibbles, dinner and dessert! Lunch was sandwiches, the kind of sangas that really fill you up with lots of filling! We weren’t quick enough to get a photo of those! accompanied by fresh fruit platters. Afternoon tea was bikkies and fudge and fresh fruit. Pre-dinner nibbles was some very basic platters with ka...bana and salami and cheese and crackers. Dinner was a buffet of roast pork, roast lamb with rosemary and garlic, roast chicken with rosemary, roast pumpkin, fresh green beans, broccoli, roast carrot, potato bake accompanied with a selection of gravy and freshly baked dinner rolls. Dessert was sticky date pudding and apple and pear crumble with custard and whipped cream. All proudly made in house! It was a massive day but thouroughly enjoyable and I don’t think anyone left hungry! managed to get a few quick pictures.... so if you’re thinking of having an event catered and you’d like a buffet style meal we can certainly make that happen too! fresh fruit and veggies from Westridge Fruit & Vegetables all meat supplied by Angliss Meats Toowoomba and the delicious fudge for afternoon tea from Fancy Fudge See more
