25.01.2022 Grazier's presents a one-day wedding planning workshop. The workshop will cover every facet of planning and implementing your wedding inspirations. The workshop will cover: * Planning timeline * Vendor selection including what questions to ask, hints and tips and ensuring you communicate exactly what you want. * Day before, wedding day and day after scheduling.... * Wedding Ceremony run through * Question and answer forum * One-on-one consultation * Actual wedding ceremony and reception set-up and decorative equipment available to design and finalise your own set-up. This workshop will include a copy of our extensive wedding guide, including vendor contacts and crucial information. The workshop will include lunch and later followed by drinks and antipasto whilst you plan your own ceremony and reception. $100 per person or $170 for a couple (only one wedding guide per couple) November 30th starting at 10am Limites spaces available

24.01.2022 Sweet & Savoury Grazing Table Workshop Prepare, Cook and Design a Sweet and Savoury Grazing Table. The workshop includes recipes, hands-on cooking, hints and tips on presentation and presenting a full sweet and savoury grazing table. You will learn the following:... * Baked Camembert with honey and walnuts * Mini Cob Loafs * Bruschetta Bites * Antipasto presentation * Caramel Fudge * Maple Pecans * Fruit presentation including kebabs Included in the workshop includes what to include in your antipasto table/platter: a full list of deli meats, cheeses, biscuits, bread and other items that you can include when presenting your own creation. We will help with hints and tips on creating a small platter through to a large scale grazing table. We will step you through presentation tips for fruit/deli meat cutting, preparation and presentation and lastly how to balance your grazing table/platter. All your decorative equipment is provided, including how to use the equipment you have at home, how to decorate and fill a table with inexpensive decorative items. All the items you cook you can take home and share including a slate plate antipasto platter to keep. Photos of your creation will also be supplied, to share with your family and friends. The workshop starts at 10am till 4ish $150 per person All equipment and ingredients supplied. This workshop is for beginners through to the advanced antipasto lover. Workshop dates: Saturday 25th of May Sunday 26th of May Grazier's in the Garden 8L Gilgandra Road, Dubbo Bookings must be paid in full to confirm your spot. 23.01.2022 We are so excited to be apart of Nyngan Blue Sky Ball for 2018..... Though we have had a name change it is now the red dust sky ball. A little bit of wind and dirt won't keep us away. 22.01.2022 Did you know Grazier's have an in house stylist and wedding planner. We can help with theme, styling, arrangements, set up and pack down. We helped a bride with a last minute change to her plan and made a natural leafy centre piece. Works perfectly with the beautiful toongi Hall.

Shared Grazing Platters are the perfect way to make everyone feel like family. This wedding was filled with love and sense of family. With hoe down dancing and personal touches...the best way to get married.

10.01.2022 We are so delighted to share some photos from the wedding of Mr and Mrs Richardson. Rachael has worked for us from the very beginning of Graziers. She is such a valued team member and her now husband even pitches in from time to time. The wedding was so beautiful and of course well organised as Rachael is know for her great customer service and attention for detail. This was a wedding jam packed with rustic details and so beautifully decorated.... We were so honoured to play a small part in this wedding that over flowed with joy, family and friends. Congratulations to you both!!!

09.01.2022 This is so true....Ma and I spend so much time checking deposits, chasing enquiries and general admin. There is only two of us and only so many events we can squeeze in. We ask that people are patient as we get back to ppl in order to ensure everyone can book in dates and not miss out. Even though facebook and social media is 24/7 we both have a family, other businesses and general life so please respect that and understand that your business is important but so is our family.
