24.01.2022 A classic that any red lover can’t (and shouldn't) go past. Clonakilla Wines ‘Hilltops’ Shiraz is a full bodied red, with luscious dark fruit, blackberry and roasted meat aromas, with just a gentle hint of spices in the background

24.01.2022 Colourful delights found on an afternoon walk within our gardens

23.01.2022 Stroll down the path from our gardens to the Stone Room an ambient and, quite frankly, magical space for any event. Under regular capacity, this room can seat up to 120 people. And although it a newer edition to our heritage listed building, it couldn’t be more seamlessly integrated with stone walls, high pitched dark timber ceilings and acoustics ideal for live entertainment.

21.01.2022 A selection of our new season, new-to-the-menu entrées to tantalize the tastebuds and start your Grazing experience. Clockwise from the top you’ll find: Yellowfin tuna, borage and La Barre olives... Slow roast lamb breast with native saltbush, peas and radish Za'atar goat kofta, aubergine, smoky yogurt and cress Which would you choose?

19.01.2022 Everyone's friendlier in the country. Especially our neighbouring cows who often pop out to say hello to visitors.

12.01.2022 We often find our customers can be a little unsure when it comes to trying goat, thinking it might be a little too gamey in flavour. Well our Za'tar goat kofta entrée is here to totally dismiss this myth, once and for all! Paired with aubergine, smoky yoghurt and cress we promise it’s a perfect balance of flavours that make for an easy and delicious start to your meal.

12.01.2022 The best way to enjoy rosé? On a Spring day out at Gundaroo, Collector Wines 'Shoreline' Sangiovese Rosé is the perfect drop, with fresh aromas of mandarin, cherry, rose water and spice Not only is it refreshing, there isn’t a dish on our menu that this wine can’t be enjoyed with.

10.01.2022 When it comes to understanding what we do at Grazing, our philosophy is simple seasonal menus made up of great tasting food using local produce. A visit to our historic restaurant is always an experience, made especially beautiful by the rolling green countryside you’ll drive through on your way here. At a time when travelling is difficult, we highly recommend making a weekend trip out to this part of the Yass Valley region. You’re guaranteed that holiday feeling we all need right now.

08.01.2022 What was once a tiny seedling in our garden will soon be transformed into an incredible Grazing dish. This garden is one of our greatest pleasures and we want you to enjoy it just as much as we do. So next time you visit be sure to head outside and take a stroll through to discover what home grown produce might be featured in your meal.

06.01.2022 A special day should be within a special place and our grounds at Grazing might be just right We are now taking 2021 AND 2022 wedding bookings. Enquire via email at [email protected] Keepsakephoto by the Keeffes

06.01.2022 This one is for the dessert lovers The most theraputic of sights...amaretto custard drizzled onto the flakey pastry of our candied blood orange Tarte Tatin. Finish each delicate scoop with a side of Kumquat ice-cream and it's probably the closest you'll get to heaven on earth.

04.01.2022 While end of year corporate and Christmas functions are looking a little different this year, restrictions have thankfully eased enough for us to celebrate in some form! Email is at [email protected] to find out how we can accommodate your end of year group gathering!

04.01.2022 Wine and cheese, a quintessential way to finish your country-style meal Choose from one, two or three of our hand selected cheese options (ask your waiter what we have available on the day), served with fresh house baked bread and a poached pear for touch of sweetness.
