19.01.2022 These intrepid little plants are still flowing root exudates, to feed the soil biology that will work with them to build humus compounds, soil structure under ground and develop a grazing based ecosystem around them. They have had a total of 24mm since 1 January 2021. @grazing_naturally @soilcarbon @maiagrazing @southaustralia @waikeriesouthaustralia
18.01.2022 245mm between 6pm and 6am. I don’t think we will hold the field day today
14.01.2022 SBGN offering @grazing_naturally - grazing planning school to be run by Rob Young. Don’t miss out. If you are not in the area or it’s oversubscribed get hold of us to run one in your area.
09.01.2022 Middle strip was mown in September to allow for sheep to be moved through with out a seed problem. It regrew on the moisture in hand and now, even now after 6 months of summer with only 30mm of rain in that time, the cut plants show a little bit of green. The uncut section shows none. Shows the value in keeping plants in a vegetative state. @grazing_naturally @maiagrazing @southaustralia
03.01.2022 Don’t miss out! Another Grazing Naturally workshop at Deep Creek. @fleurieu @deepcreekorganics @regenerative @maiagrazing
