24.01.2022 Green Island Resort located on the Pristine Great Barrier Reef 30km off Cairns is a popular holiday destination to thousands of tourists. Great Energy was tasked to design, supply, install and commission 2 Brand new 400kw Cummins diesel generators for their aging Power Station. The project was completed safely without any Lost time Injuries or Environmental issues. The Power Station is now fully functional; providing reliable power and ensuring the success of Green Island.

11.01.2022 In July 2019; Great Energy is pleased to announce the completion of a mini power station providing essential energy to a 150-man camp. The Directors of Great Energy said, "the remoteness and challenges of any project within the Highlands of Papua New Guinea is not for the faint hearted." This project was for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of 2 x 350kva diesel generators. From Factory Acceptance Testing to commissioning, the project was on time, under bud...get and more importantly completed with ZERO incidents or accidents. Our design is simple, easy to use and maintain, yet has the latest on-board digital control system providing a fully automated unmanned supply of energy.
