05.01.2022 Started a big renovation 2 weeks ago. Stripped laundry and bathroom. Removed rotten deck and ramp. Jacked up piers. Stripped weatheboards and internal linings from backroom. Replaced rotten studs and noggins. Installed new glass sliding door in place of the window. Started installing new weathertex. Will be rewired and new plumbing.

01.01.2022 A full renovation we finished a couple weeks ago, 2 new bathrooms, new cladding, new laundry, front and back decks, new windows, new sliding glss door to replace single timber door, cut in a new external door to laundry and new paint. Roof and gutters will be painted in 6 months.
