24.01.2022 Today we were honoured to inspect The Sankosha factory in Tokyo. On display at their factory is old Ajax equipment, seeing this was a little emotional as we use to use this exact equipment at Great Northern Laundry in the 1960’s. The Sankosha shirt machine we now use daily in our factory uses the latest Japanese technology. Because of our Sankosha shirt machine our customers now get the benefits of perfectly ironed shirts. Thank you Ken & JJ for your hospitality today

21.01.2022 Vale Luke George Bogiatzis. It is with great sadness that we inform you that Luke George Bogiatzis passed away yesterday. He was 91. Luke will be remembered as a hard working member of GNL. He and his brothers Nicholas and Michael were partners in the business for over 50 years. Our success over the years is because of the work ethic instilled from the previous generation of the three brothers.... The company pays tribute to the efforts and friendship Luke gave to all who worked with him. If you had anything dry cleaned with us from the 1950s to the 1990's Luke would of handled it with care. People always remember how you treat them and Luke always treated people with respect. A great man, a good Uncle and a true Gentleman. Our condolences to our extended family.
