25.01.2022 Little bit of a leak at the Great Southern Roaster this morning but the roasting and blending still goes on .

24.01.2022 A new delivery landed at the roaster today. The first one is from Costa Rica which once I cup it and it passes the flavour test will replace the Guatamala(which was impossible to source) and will form part of the Great South Blend. The other is yet another bean from El Salvador ,which cups very well. A decaf bean from Mexico will also be on the shelves soon.... 23.01.2022 Oooh that was close. Almost ran out of beans. New load of green beans(including decaf) has just arrived this morning. Time to start roasting.

Also just arrived is a new Colombia grown by Association of Mujeres Caficultor (Women Coffee Producers) which I will use in our most popular Great Southern Blend. It will add even more depth to the flavour.
