25.01.2022 The 2020-21 Cricket Tasmania Premier League season is almost here and we're taking care of the final jobs in preparation for this weekend's opening games whilst also keeping one eye on the weather. Check out Head Coach Tim Coyle's take on preparation for the season and this weekend's games from his interview this morning on 7AD. Tomorrow, the men take on North Hobart Cricket Club at Windsor Park from 10:30. On Sunday the women are in a T20 doubleheader against New Town Cricke...t Club with game 1 at 10:30am followed by game 2 at 2pm. Our hosts, Riverside Cricket Club, will have their canteen open for players and supporters. 24.01.2022 The women's Raiders head south this weekend to take on North Hobart Cricket Club on Saturday at 6:30pm at Blundstone Arena and then back up to take on Clarence Cricket on Sunday at 11am at Blundstone Arena. 24.01.2022 A mixed bag for the women’s Raiders’ T20 road trip to Hobart. Check these photos from Jane Roussow Photography from the game against North Hobart. On Saturday, the Raiders (2/137) defeated North Hobart (7/107) with strong innings from Emma Manning-Geeves (47) and Corinne Hall (49*). They couldn’t double up on Sunday, after a strong batting performance from Clarence (3/185) the Raiders put on 6/98 from their 20 overs.

13.01.2022 The 69th Annual General Meeting of Cricket North West will be held on Wednesday 9th September 2020 in the Devonport Club Rooms, Devonport Oval at 7.00 pm. If cl...ubs have members who would like to nominate for the Cricket North West Board, nomination forms are available on website, or upon request from the Cricket North West Office (email [email protected] or phone 0419 874 670). Additionally, members of the community not currently aligned with a club are also invited to nominate. Please note that all nominations need to be co-signed by two current Cricket North West members and all nominations need to be received by CNW Administrator by Sunday 6th September at 10 pm. Current roles up for re-election are: Treasurer Committee Member x 3 Further information on the roles and responsibilities of Board members are available upon request. Clubs are reminded that, as per the NWTCA Constitution, they must have two ex-officio members at the meeting. These members have voting rights at the AGM and will be required to vote on proposed amendments to the constitution or the election of Board members (if necessary). An Agenda for the meeting will be available soon. The minutes of last year’s AGM and notice of the special business to be discussed at the 2020 AGM will be forwarded to clubs, members and life members shortly.

First up, after putting on 6/137 off 20 overs with Tim David scoring 67 off 31, Clarence cleared the target with 5/138 off 19 overs. In the afternoon game the Raiders were 8/160 off 20 overs with Sam O’Mahony opening and hitting 63 off 24 balls.
