07.01.2022 Cacao Thumbprint Cookies - egg free, nut free - To make: Combine 100g medjool dates, 50g coconut, 50g rolled oats, 10g raw cacao powder, 1/4t vanilla extract, 10g coconut oil, smash 1-2 bananas into mix. Roll into balls and press with thumb. Bake for 7 minutes. Easy & Healthy!

01.01.2022 Banana Bread - gluten free, no refined sugar. This recipe was adapted from Just Eat Real Food recipe for Coconut Bread. Tastes amazing and so simple to make! Mash 4-5 bananas, mix in 6 eggs, 3/4c coconut flour, 1T vanilla, 1T cinnamon, 1/2 t baking powder, and 1/2c coconut oil. I used a food processor to combine because my coconut oil was hard when I added it. Bake at 190 for 30 min.
