24.01.2022 "ZIZI STAR DUST" GARLIC POWDER, we have converted some of our super tasty garlics into this amazing taste bomb sensation. Jars are 75 grams...and will add magic to any meal and also ensure you are getting your daily dose of Australian grown garlic to combat colds/flu all winter. 24.01.2022 I learn something new about garlic daily, did you know to increase the health benefits of garlic..chop or crush it and let it sit before eating it or heating it for a recipe? To quote the below article... The chopping activates "alliinase enzymes" in the garlics cells, and the sitting allows these enzymes to convert some of the garlics allin into allicin. Allicin then rapidly breaks down to form a variety of organosulfur compounds. Scientists suggest allowing garlic to sta...nd for 10 minutes after chopping or crushing before cooking it. The only way to improve on the above is to eat it raw.. I much prefer the former!

Thanks for all the support everyone, I am making all your deliveries today of "Zizi Star Dust" Garlic Powder, all the proceeds will be going towards double irrigation lines to make sure our 2018 crop gets lots of water. Only 50 jars left of this magic stuff before it all dries up and you have wait it out until the fresh stuff is cured in December. We use it every day in our cooking, and I have not had a cold all winter and I have a 16 month old baby! Only $20 a jar and I will either hand deliver or post.
