20.01.2022 This super easy Fennel Syrup Will add an element of fresh sweetness to any drink! Great served with gin, fresh citrus & soda, or even enjoy as a no-alcohol beverage! 1 cup sugar 1 medium bulb fresh fennel, chopped 1 cup water... Pinch of salt Rough chop the fennel into small chunks. Add sugar, salt and water to a medium saucepan. Heat to a boil, making sure all sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Add in fennel, allow to steep for a minimum of 30 minutes. Strain out fennel pieces.
