Having fully funded the project, Greaton has now secured earlier ownership of The Ribbon by reaching a strategic and commercial deal to purchase the rights from Grocon this month. The building is nearing completion and the W Hotel is scheduled to open in 2021, with Grocon to remain in place until handover of the project.

09.01.2022 Greaton has purchased the development and construction rights to The Ribbon hotel project in Sydneys Darling Harbour from Grocon (Darling Harbour) Pty Ltd. Having fully funded the project, Greaton has now secured earlier ownership of The Ribbon by reaching a strategic and commercial deal to purchase the rights from Grocon this month. The building is nearing completion and the W Hotel is scheduled to open in 2021, with Grocon to remain in place until handover of the project.
