19.01.2022 Fitness fans! So, life has changed a fair bit in the last couple of weeks hasn’t it? One thing remaining constant is the work I’m doing with my amazing clients both in the gym and remotely, via the wonder of technology! As always in the gym, cleanliness is high on the list of priorities! Anyone who knows me will know this is a thing of mine! This will be ramped up a fair bit with hand sanitizer available as well as soap and water. Over the coming weeks I’ll be continuing a...s much as possible to keep business as usual, using the outdoor space as much as possible. If you’re not a current client and are going insane with the ongoing restrictions, give me a shout and we can get something sorted! If you are a current client, keep on kicking goals!
