08.01.2022 For the protection of our staff and patients from COVID-19 we are implementing a number of infection control protocols and procedures in our pharmacy. This means your prescriptions and other services may take a little longer than usual. Also, during busier periods, we may suggest that you return at a later time to collect your prescriptions (or request you to wait outside) to reduce the density of people in the pharmacy and to ensure adequate physical distancing between indi...viduals. We also strongly suggest that our patients on regular medications leave their prescriptions on file at the pharmacy. You can preorder your medication over the phone, email or via our pharmacy smartphone app. Then we can have your medication prepared for you to collect on arrival with no need to wait. We appreciate that these measures may be inconvenient, but we are doing everything necessary to ensure the health and safety of our community. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate through this difficult period.

05.01.2022 We will soon be launching a home delivery service to help our vulnerable patients and anyone requiring to be self-isolated due to Covid-19. Our aim is to ensure continuity of supply of prescription medications for the people in our wonderful Katanning community.
